What are some of the situations that could be obstacles
to what we want to accomplish?

 

• The avoidance of the conversation about the elders in our midst

• The way the team works together needs to reflect our values,
i.e. spend more time in reflection

• Technology: lack of sufficient technology for all members restricts
the way we use it to connect and communicate

• Relationship with AASH and CASHA leadership

• Not talking about or addressing RSCJ who are stuck
